INGREDIENTS
- 400g of Avafina Organics Chiaviar™
- 4 Nori Sushi Seaweed Wraps
- 1 Yam sliced into slivers and baked until soft
- 1 Avocado peeled and sliced
- 1 Cup of Greens
- 1 Carrot grated and thinly sliced into sticks
- ½ Cucumber thinly sliced into sticks
- 8 Strips of thinly sliced Smoked Tofu
METHOD
- Prepare sushi fillings.
- Lay your sushi sheet down and evenly spread 2 tbsp of Chiaviar.
- Begin to add all your fillings.
- Slowly and tightly wrap your sushi roll.
- Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces and top with Chiaviar.
